Muncie, IN – Muncie Downtown Development Partnership (MDDP) and LifeStream Services will host Foodie Fridays every Friday from June 2-July 28, 2017. Food trucks, activities for children, and live entertainment  will take place on these days from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Canan Commons.

Attendees are invited to spend their lunchtime relaxing in the park with friends and family, enjoying the outdoors and weekly entertainment. Attendees can bring their own brown bag lunch, purchase lunch from rotating on-site vendors, or grab lunch to go from a DWNTWN eatery.

Seating is available. Additionally, shady spots on the lawn provide alternative seating options for attendees who choose to bring a blanket or lawn chairs.

Foodie Fridays kicks-off on June 2 with on-site food vendors 3 Bears Concessions and Speedy Dog. Barry Banks will perform live on the Canan Commons stage from 12-1 p.m. Kids’ activities are sponsored by Muncie Public Library and the Muncie YWCA.
