Muncie, IN—The Muncie Symphony Orchestra (MSO) recently hired Carol Bradshaw as the new Customer Relations and Marketing Coordinator. Bradshaw has spent the last 10 years as the Marketing Director at PrimeTrust Federal Credit Union. “I was ready to get back to my roots and be in the non-profit world again,” said Bradshaw. “I started my professional career at the American Red Cross, and I miss the challenges and personal satisfaction you receive working for a non-profit.”

Bradshaw joined the MSO staff upon the retirement of Judy Cowling, MSO’s Administrative Coordinator. Bradshaw’s position was created to highlight her talents and to meet existing needs within the MSO office which include coordinating season ticket sales, facilitating social media marketing, managing website enhancement, and overseeing special events.

Bradshaw hasn’t stayed out of the non-profit life. She has a long list of non-profits she has been involved with, including volunteering for the MSO for several years, Bradshaw has worked hard to impact her community. “It’s Carol’s passion for her community that first brought her to our doors,” said Executive Director of the Muncie Symphony Orchestra, Jennifer Johnson. “We are extremely fortunate that Carol is sharing her talents and time with the MSO.”

Bradshaw currently serves on the Board of Directors for Cornerstone Center for the Arts and Muncie OUTreach. She has served on the board at the Haunted Forest, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the American Advertising Federation. She says the proudest moment of her professional career was being nominated for the Athena Award. The MSO welcomes Carol Bradshaw to our arts community!
