Muncie, IN—Today, Woof Boom Radio is embarking on a community service project to bring a little joy and happiness to our local nursing home residents this Christmas. We are looking to partner with 50 local businesses. Would you like to help?

Project Poinsettia will deliver 1,000 beautiful poinsettias to area nursing homes and assisted living facilities this Christmas, in order to spread a little joy of the season to residents who need it.

Did you know that the national average of nursing home and assisted living residents that DO NOT have any visits from family members during the year is 50%?

That’s right. 50%.

This shocking and sobering statistic is one we can do something about this Christmas.

If your business would like to participate as a supporter of this community project, please contact Sue Tschuor at Woof Boom Radio by Friday morning, November 10th.

Phone (765) 288-4403 or via email:  sue.tschuor@woofboom.com

You can bring a little joy to those who are often forgotten during Christmas.

Or in some cases, the entire year.
