Muncie, In—Alliance Construction and Property Management LLC (ACPM) would like to recognize the Eastern Indiana Workforce Development Board (Eastern Indiana Works) and its Employer Engagement Team, Denny Cochran (VP of Employer Engagement) and Jennifer Randall (Employer Engagement Recruiter), for providing an incredible program aimed to assist employers in the hiring of new employees: The Work Experience Program.

Employers participating in the program can select an employee from the workforce pool maintained at IndianaCareerConnect.com or they can find employees through their own search process and have all the pre-screening required for new hires performed free of charge. Once the candidate completes the screening process, the program then goes on to pay the new employee’s salary during a 4-week employment integration process.  If employers aren’t satisfied with the work performance of a new hire, there is no obligation to continue the employment of that new hire.

“The objectives of the Eastern Indiana Workforce Development Board (Eastern Indiana Works) are very simple.  To provide exceptional customer service and to connect people to meaningful employment.  We are delighted to serve ACPM on this very exciting project,” said Denny Cochran, VP of Employer Engagement.

This forward-thinking program helps eliminate some of the risks associated with new hires and has already generated results in the form of new job creation. ACPM is excited to have the first employee hired through this program join our workforce in the coming weeks and we hope to hire more in the very near future. Those implementing this program deserve to be congratulated for their hard work making Muncie a better place to do business.

Additionally, Traci Lutton and Jay Julian with Muncie-Delaware County, Indiana Economic Development Alliance should be recognized for the hard work that they do keeping track of programs like this as they become available and connecting employers to them. Traci and Jay work tirelessly to improve the economic conditions of Muncie, Indiana and make it easier for businesses to be successful within the area. Over the last 6 months ACPM LLC has been able to create several jobs within Muncie, Indiana. Without the connections and support provided by this organization, this kind of rapid success would not be possible.

ACPM is looking forward to continued growth and development in Muncie, Indiana made possible by great organizations such as these.
