The #MuncieOut is back.

This year, it will take place on #ChirpChirpFriday, Feb. 23, when the Ball State men’s basketball team hosts MAC West foe Western Michigan in front of a nationally-televised audience on ESPN2 at 9 p.m.

Fans are encouraged to purchase in advance to avoid long lines on game night by calling 888-BSU-TICKET or by visiting the Stoops Buick/GMC Ticket Center in Worthen Arena. Use this link (click here) to buy and invite friends to earn additional concessions rewards.

Why should Muncie – and all other Cardinals fans for that matter – come out for this third annual event? Answers below.

–The Ball State men’s basketball team has had some big moments this year and this game will be pivotal in MAC Tournament seeding position. The louder the arena, the better! Let’s make another memorable moment!

–Thanks to our game sponsor, ScreenBroidery, even more affordable, family-friendly ticket pricing for this contest is available for Muncie residents. Bronze level tickets are just $5 and silver level tickets are $10. Act soon to get the best seats. Not in Muncie? Donate a ticket or two to a local youth organization through the social sellout mechanism so even more seats are filled and opportunities provided.

–Parking is absolutely FREE. All excuses are being eliminated.

–Hot dogs will be $1. Dollar Dogs. Enough said.

–It will be #ChirpChirpFriday, as mentioned, so wear your Cardinal and White or buy some gear at the game. Then, visit the photo booth on game night courtesy of our friends at Learfield Licensing Partners to show your pride.

–Sure, it’s a late night for the kids. But face painting, balloon artistry and games will be available on the concourse.

–Muncie’s own Cole Academy of Dance will perform at halftime.

–A ticket from this game will be valid for the Ball State women’s basketball team’s regular season home finale versus Toledo the following day (Saturday, Feb. 24) at 2 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE: It is free parking, but all donor lots will be enforced. Arrive early to find the best parking near the arena. Shuttle from the Scheumann Stadium lot will be operating.
