MUNCIE, IN— L&J Manufacturing Solutions, a fast growing leader in custom machine design and manufacturing, has officially opened its new corporate headquarters and production facility at 1001 S. Council Street, just south of downtown Muncie. The company is investing over $1.5 million into the site, which will now serve as the central hub for engineering, design, assembly, and manufacturing operations.
The newly renovated facility marks a major step forward for the company, which saw 2024 sales exceed $2.5 million and has nearly doubled its revenue in the first half of 2025. The Muncie location will initially support up to 15 employees, with room for growth as the company continues to scale.

L&J’s equipment is currently sold and deployed throughout North America, supporting clients in a wide range of sectors through machinery sales and full manufacturing line setup. In addition to its Muncie operations, the company maintains a second, similar production facility in Winnipeg, Canada, allowing it to serve both the U.S. and Canadian markets efficiently.
Recognizing the fast pace of growth in the automated manufacturing sector, L&J is already anticipating the need for further expansion. Company leadership expects that within the next five years, a larger facility will be necessary along with an additional $3 to $5 million investment, all intended to keep up with demand and extend product offerings.
Strategic business advising for the project was provided by Augusta Consulting, LLC. Remarkably, L&J Manufacturing is completing the investment without the use or help of any local or state incentive programs, a testament to the company’s independence, self driven momentum, and market strength.
