By: Anna Pichardo— Muncie Central High School has been recognized by the US Department of the Navy as a Naval Honor School due to the high level of performance of the Marine Corps Junior ROTC program under the direction of Marine Instructor, Robert Harber and civilian instructor, Tim Cummings.
