Conley Recognition Awards during its annual Women’s Equality Day program, which celebrates the passage of the 19th Amendment that gave women the right to vote. The awards ceremony will take place at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 26, in the auditorium of Muncie City Hall.
