Muncie, IN Home Instead Senior Care® has announced the addition of Sharon Rhodes as Recruitment Coordinator. In her role, Sharon will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing and hiring caregivers for the Home Instead Senior Care® service area of Muncie, Anderson, Pendleton, Yorktown, Alexandria, Albany, Selma, Summitville, Eaton, Middletown, Parker City, Markleville, Middletown, Lapel, Gaston, Daleville, New Castle and surrounding areas. Caregivers provide personal care and non-medical services at a client’s residence.

A native of Wisconsin, Sharon received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from the University of Southern Mississippi, and pursued her Masters in Counseling  at the University of Texas at El Paso.

Previously, Sharon was Donor Recruiter/Marketing Representative for the Ball Memorial Hospital Blood Bank for over 20 years. She then worked for the American Red Cross Blood Donor Services Division, as a Recruiter covering 9 counties in Central and North Central Indiana.

Most recently, Sharon was the Office Manager for Budget Blinds of Muncie.
