Muncie, IN—In support of the Community Champions Fund and in partnership with Minnetrista and the Boys & Girls Club of Muncie, you are invited to attend the 2nd Annual Just Desserts fundraising event.
Just Desserts is a fun-filled evening where you can sip wine, enjoy appetizers, listen to music, and socialize with friends before coming together to bid on a dessert that your entire table can enjoy! It is a showcase of over-the-top desserts created by pastry artists from bakeries and restaurants throughout East Central Indiana. Each dessert serves one table of eight. Each table has an assigned Table Champion (host) who gathers bids from the table and submits to the emcee. The table with the highest bid gets the first choice of dessert, second highest gets second choice, and so on! As an added incentive to bid high, we also have four unique prizes that go with the four highest bids that all 8 attendees at the table will receive.

The mission of the Community Champions Fund is to provide funding for programming, services, and activities that are intended to reduce violence as well as provide for the protection and care of victims of violence. The Community Champions Fund provides resources to not-for-profits, civic, business, and government organizations to support the development and delivery of innovative solutions, otherwise unavailable in our community, designed to make our community a safer place to live, work, and play.
