Indiana Academy Ranks 17th in the Nation

Muncie, IN—The Indiana Academy for Science, Mathematics and Humanities, a residential high school at Ball State University, has been ranked No. 17 in the nation in the latest report released by Niche.com, a website that profiles and ranks American high schools and colleges.

The report shows where each of Indiana’s public high schools ranked based on an analysis of key statistics and reviews from students, parents and teachers. In the report, the Indiana Academy’s teachers were also rated No. 4 in the nation, receiving high marks for preparing their students for higher education.

The academy also was ranked in a report by Indiana Commission for Higher Education as one of Indiana’s top high schools with 100 percent of its graduates ready for college. The academy is a residential school located on the campus of Ball State University although it operates independently of the university.
