YMCA Muncie Receives $2 Million in Grants from Ball Brothers Foundation for Capital Campaign

MUNCIE, IN— The YMCA of Muncie is thrilled to announce generous grants totaling $2 million from the Ball Brothers Foundation as a significant contribution towards their ongoing capital campaign. The foundation’s grants further bolster the YMCA’s efforts to enhance and expand their facilities, services, and programs for the community.

Ball Brothers Foundation, known for its commitment to supporting organizations that drive positive change and transformation in East Central Indiana, has recognized the YMCA of Muncie’s pivotal role in fostering community wellness and growth. The grants, totaling $2 million, reflect the Foundation’s confidence in the YMCA’s mission and vision, and their dedication to building a stronger, healthier, and more vibrant community.

The capital campaign, which aims to fund a new consolidated facility on the campus of Muncie Central High School, will now gather momentum with the substantial backing of the Ball Brothers Foundation. The grants will directly contribute to the development of a state-of-the-art facility and the introduction of innovative programs that align with the YMCA’s mission of promoting youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
