By Brea Cunningham—
MUNCIE, IN—Grab your costumes and candy buckets—Minnetrista’s Boo-levard Bash is back on Friday, October 10, 2025, from 5:30–8 p.m. This free, family-friendly celebration transforms historic Minnetrista Boulevard into a lively Halloween festival filled with trick-or-treating, fall flavors, and festive fun.
The evening begins at the Columns, where guests will make their way toward the food trucks in front of the Center Building. On the Greensward, families can purchase fresh caramel apples, cider, cocoa, and more, and enjoy a festive photo opportunity alongside the pumpkin patch, where the perfect pumpkins will be available for purchase from the horticulture team.
The unforgettable Headless Horseman—on horseback—will be there to greet visitors, adding a touch of Halloween magic before guests continue down historic Minnetrista Boulevard to trick-or-treat at the Ball family homes and browse seasonal favorites at The Orchard Shop pop-up. The path then winds through the Bob Ross Experience parking lot, where community partners will be set up with additional treat stations, as well as stops in the Backyard Garden, Betty’s Dollhouse, and Betty’s Cabin.
Guests are encouraged to dress in their most creative, family-friendly costumes to bring extra color and character to the evening. From superheroes to princesses to silly monsters, every costume helps make Boo-levard Bash a night to remember.
And here’s our treat to you: enjoy half-priced museum admission from 9 a.m.–5 p.m. on October 10.
Parking is available at the Delaware County Fairgrounds. Please note: Bob Ross Experience, Oakhurst Experience, and Oakhurst Gardens will close at 1 p.m. on October 10 to allow staff to prepare for the event.
