MUNCIE, IN — The Muncie Noon Rotary Club is now accepting grant requests from local nonprofit organizations for the 2026 grant cycle. Grant requests must be submitted by September 30, 2026.
Each year, the Muncie Rotary Club provides grants to local 501©(3) charitable organizations through the Rotary Club of Muncie Fund at The Community Foundation of Muncie & Delaware County. These grants support specific programs and projects that strengthen our community and improve the quality of life for local residents.
A Special Focus on Flood Relief
This year, the Muncie Rotary Club is placing special emphasis on organizations that are providing assistance, resources and relief to individuals and families affected by local flooding.
Organizations responding to immediate flood-related needs, helping residents recover, providing essential supplies and services, or supporting longer-term recovery efforts are especially encouraged to apply.
The Club recognizes the important work local nonprofits and community organizations are doing to help our neighbors during this challenging time. Supporting these efforts reflects Rotary’s commitment to “Service Above Self” and to making a meaningful difference in our community.
Grant Priorities
Grant requests will be reviewed based on the Club’s established community priorities, including:
- Education
- Arts & Culture
- Human Services
- Economic Development
- Community Betterment
For the 2026 grant cycle, priority consideration will be given to organizations whose projects directly support local flood relief and recovery efforts.
The Muncie Noon Rotary Club generally does not consider requests for multi-year commitments; support for political parties or candidates or religious teachings and programs; operating or budget deficits; capital campaigns; endowments; or individuals.
