MUNCIE, IN —Get ready for a delicious way to give back. Tickets for the highly anticipated 13th Annual Soup Crawl are now available at curehunger.org/soupcrawl. Join Second Harvest Food Bank and PrimeTrust Credit Union on Thursday, October 2, 2025, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., in downtown Muncie for an evening of delicious soups, community spirit, and vital support for kids and their families facing food insecurity in East Central Indiana.

This year, the Soup Crawl is setting its sights on an incredible milestone: reaching a $200,000 cumulative total for the event’s history. Achieving this goal will allow Second Harvest to provide an astounding 800,000 meals to those in need, making a significant impact on food insecurity in our community.

The 2025 Soup Crawl will feature a wide array of soups crafted by talented local chefs and restaurants. Attendees can savor and vote for their favorite creations while enjoying the festivities of Arts Walk.

And this year, Made in Muncie Pottery and other local ceramicists will be donating handcrafted bowls to the event. Attendees can purchase a bowl along with their ticket and take it home with them from the Soup Crawl.

All proceeds from the event will support Second Harvest’s The Big Idea initiative, which aims to break the cycle of generational poverty by uniting schools, families, and resource providers in order to distribute resources, build connections, and create opportunities for children to chart a path to long-term stability.

Tickets are limited and expected to sell out quickly, so purchase yours today at curehunger.org/soupcrawl. For more information about the event or to explore sponsorship and volunteer opportunities, please contact C.S. Hendershot via email at cshendershot@curehunger.org

Join us for an evening of fun, flavor, and philanthropy—help make a difference in our community one bowl of soup at a time and help us hit our $200,000 goal to provide 800,000 meals.
