Muncie, IN—The Community Foundation of Muncie and Delaware County, Inc. has announced Madalyn Kline, Mathew Phillips, Olivia Reed, Sophia Rees, Isaac Smith, and Isabella Willitzer are the recipients of the Robert and Wanda McKibben Scholarship.
