Recipients must be residents of Delaware County, be of good moral character and display good citizenship, and must have maintained at least a 2.5 cumulative grade point average in high school. Muncie, IN—The Community Foundation of Muncie and Delaware County, Inc., has announced Jason Maynard as the recipient of the 2016 Yorktown Lion’s Club Scholarship. This scholarship is awarded to a Yorktown High School graduate who maintains an 8.0/12.0 GPA or equivalent and displays good citizenship. Maynard, son of Mandy and Chris Bratton, plans to attend Purdue University where he will study engineering.      

Muncie, IN—The Community Foundation of Muncie and Delaware County, Inc., has announced the 2016 recipients of the Community Foundation Scholarship. The Community Foundation Scholarship is awarded to students who were selected by their individual schools as Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship nominees. The Community Foundation recognizes the outstanding achievements of these students with a $500 scholarship.
