Muncie Sanitary District Complies to F.E.M.A. Regulations

MUNCIE, Ind. –  The Federal Emergency Management Agency (F.E.M.A.) has a number of conditions that must be satisfied for a section of a Levee (a “Reach”) to regain certification.
