MUNCIE, IN —Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Physicians is excited to announce a brand new, integrated team of highly skilled physicians from different areas of the hospital brought together to ensure patients can seamlessly flow through every step of their treatment, all in one convenient location.

The team is made up of Interventional Cardiologists, Interventional Radiologists and Vascular Surgeons —all working together to provide the highest level of care for diseases and conditions such as aneurysms, carotid artery disease, peripheral artery disease, varicose veins and chronic leg swelling, dialysis access creation and maintenance, and lower extremity wounds.

“Having a team as large and as highly skilled as the Peripheral Vascular Services team we have built,” noted Kreigh Cook, Director of Operations for IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital, “will mean the difference between patients receiving the best care right when and where they need it, versus the same patients having to wait weeks and drive miles away to receive their care. We knew it was an important addition to our Vascular Program and we are excited to see how it helps us further our promise in our community.”

The Peripheral Vascular Services Physicians are:

  • Hamza Ansari, MD – Interventional Cardiology
  • Sabah David Butty, MD – Interventinoal Radiology
  • William D. Cassel, MD – Vascular Surgery
  • Mohammed Madmani, MD – Interventional Cardiology
  • Gianvito L. Salerno, MD – Interventinal Radiology
  • Georgios Tzavellas, MD – Vascular Surgery
  • Jamison L. Wilson, MD – Interventional Radiology
