2017 VIVA Award Nominations Now Open

The VIVA Award was created in 1993 as a gift to the community by the Muncie Rotary Club to recognize Delaware County’s proud volunteer heritage. Muncie Mall Celebrates Mall Walker’s 100th Birthday

Friends and family, including his son Gene Whaley and daughter Pam Hartley, gathered at the mall to sing “Happy Birthday” and enjoy cake and refreshments to commemorate Whaley’s milestone.
