Software and services provider to the healthcare, ARM and government markets will accept award May 3 in Indianapolis

Muncie, IN– Ontario Systems, a leading software provider to the healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), accounts receivable management (ARM) and government (GOV) markets, announced it has been named to the 13th annual list of the Best Places to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, its fourth placement on that list in as many years. The company continues to credit its staff and You-Powered Talent Credo for the honor.

“When your business is based on intellectual capital, culture takes on a different significance,” says Jason Harrington, Ontario Systems President. “We are very intentional about culture here, because we’re a software company, and that means we’re a people company. It’s one thing to proclaim good culture as a senior leader, but it becomes truly special when you see your team agreeing with and acknowledging the positive role it plays in their lives. We are very proud to be a part of this great company, and to have received the Best Places to Work honor four years in a row.”

Ontario Systems has been named a Best Place to Work in Indiana in the large company category, reflecting its current head count of more than 400 associates working together to help companies accelerate payments that provide more cash to meet their missions. Eligible companies in the category included those representing 250-999 US employees, while small companies, medium companies, and major companies represented 15-74, 75-249, and 1,000+ employees, respectively. Out-of-state parent companies were eligible to participate if at least 15 of their full-time employees are in Indiana.

“Ontario Systems has given me the opportunity to step into many different roles, helping me to grow professionally for more than 13 years,” says Kim Keller, Client Executive with Ontario Systems. “These varied responsibilities have provided me with a way to identify where my skill set is best used, enabling me to grow both personally and professionally.”

“Making a difference in the lives of others is the heart of who we are,” says Shannon Stroud, Ontario Systems Director, Enterprise Organizational Development & Learning. “That sentiment shows in our high level of employee engagement and associate satisfaction. Because we care about our workplace and our community, we also care about our customers and that makes for decades-long relationships that benefit everyone. For me, that’s a powerful reason to come to work every day.”

Details concerning the unique culture reflected by Ontario Systems associates are available at http://careers.ontariosystems.com, along with open positions in several different functional areas. Employees at the company look forward to furthering values related to stewardship, integrity, service, innovation, and community.

“We take special interest in our employees and our impact within the community,” concludes David Pilkington, Senior Director & General Manager of Cloud Products at Ontario Systems. “This interest propagates throughout our company through the development of our culture. ‘Culture’ is a frequently-used word within our company, and we take ownership of the development and the evolution of our culture standards. Because engaged employees are more productive, more innovative, and provide better customer service; each year we look for new ways to raise the bar for employee recognition and engagement. The Best Places to Work recognition is a badge that we honor as a company and as a community leader.”
