MUNCIE, IN — Muncie Civic Theatre invites audiences to experience the charm, wit, and spectacle of the beloved Broadway classic Hello, Dolly! running April 10 through April 26 on the mainstage. Bursting with humor, romance, and show stopping musical numbers, this iconic production promises an unforgettable night at the theatre for audiences of all ages.

Set in turn of the century New York, Hello, Dolly! follows the irrepressible Dolly Levi, a professional matchmaker with a talent for bringing people together, as she sets out to find the perfect match for a wealthy but stubborn widower. Along the way, Dolly’s larger than life personality leads to unexpected twists, comedic misunderstandings, and heartfelt moments that celebrate the joy of connection and the possibility of new beginnings.

Featuring a talented local cast, dazzling costumes, and high energy choreography, this production brings fresh life to a timeless score. Audiences can look forward to beloved musical numbers such as “Put On Your Sunday Clothes,” “Before the Parade Passes By,” and the unforgettable title song, “Hello, Dolly!” Each moment on stage is crafted to capture the spirit, humor, and warmth that have made this musical a favorite for generations.

Performances run Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 PM and Sundays at 2:30 PM from April 10 through April 26. This production is rated G and is appropriate for all audiences, making it a perfect outing for families, friends, and theatre lovers alike.
