MUNCIE, IN— Families across East Central Indiana will have an opportunity to celebrate Mother’s Day with laughter when comedian and actor Tommy Davidson headlines a special Mother’s Day event Sunday, May 10, 2026, at the Cornerstone Center for the Arts in Muncie. The event will begin at 6 p.m. and is designed as an evening of comedy and entertainment honoring mothers, grandmothers, aunts and the women who play important roles in families and communities.
Davidson is widely known for his work on the groundbreaking sketch comedy show “In Living Color,” where he became a fan favorite for his energetic performances and memorable characters. Over the years, he has built a successful career in stand-up comedy, film and television, appearing in movies such as “Booty Call” and “Bamboozled,” while continuing to tour nationally as a comedian.
“Mother’s Day is a time to celebrate the women who do so much for their families and communities,” organizers said. “This show is about bringing people together to laugh and create a special experience for moms.”
Community members are encouraged to bring their mothers and loved ones for an evening dedicated to celebration and entertainment.
