Celebrate Muncie’s “Bridge Dinner” To Be Held on Sept 28th

Exhibition at Gordy Fine Art and Framing to Benefit Red-Tail Conservancy

Academy of Model Aeronautics To Host Indiana Warbird Campaign

Both Friday and Saturday will include a noon-time air show, “The Yanks are Coming”, a salute to the U.S. entering WWI. You will not want to miss it as parachutists kick off the show on Saturday. New McDonalds On Chadam Lane Opens to Enthusiastic Crowd

Muncie, IN—The new McDonalds on Chadam Lane opened this morning to a large crowd, eager to get inside and see the new facility. People started showing up as early as 10pm the night before to get in and possibly win a year’s worth of free Big Mac’s. When the doors opened at 5am, people were lined up around the outside of the new building. WLBC’s Steve Lindell was there live, and Facebook live-streamed the opening. Two Family Events Coming Up in Yorktown on August 24th-25th

Muncie Civic Theater Provides “Dream” Role for Shelter Dogs

By: Michelle Kinsey— Puck strolls across the stage, confidently hits her mark, then scampers off for backstage accolades and belly rubs. Yes, belly rubs. The three-year-old terrier mix is one of the four-legged stars of Muncie Civic Theatre’s production of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” opening this weekend at Minnetrista’s Oakhurst Gardens. Amy Leffingwell, who plays Starveling in the Shakespeare production, said Puck was the perfect fit. “She’s the kind of dog you just immediately fall in love with,” Leffingwell said during a break in rehearsals.
