Perhaps the most ambitious initiative is the “Year of Color” campaign introduced by Richard Ivy, co-chair of the Beautification committee. This project aims to extend the pastel color palette of the Centennial Place apartments throughout the Whitely community, creating a “language of color” for the neighborhood through a series of painting, planting, and beautification projects. Nate saw a need for getting books into the homes of families, and he took strides to make that happen.
