At Clean Cut Lawn and Landscape, we have built our business on three key principles. First, we’re dependable. We are always on time, we follow through with our commitments and we are there when our customers need us. Secondly, we know landscaping. We’ve done this for over thirty-two years. We are not a here-today-gone-tomorrow company. We’ve done hundreds of projects and we bring our expertise to each and every project we undertake. We make sure that every job meets customer needs and budget. And finally, we listen. Carefully.  That may sound like a no-brainer, but the landscaping industry is filled with people and companies who are more interested in making a sale than meeting a customer’s expectations. We listen patiently, courteously, and attentively to ensure we fully understand a customer’s desires before we create a customized plan.

Our slogan, “A better lawn. A better life,” is one we have used for many years. We want YOU to enjoy your life. Spend time with your family. Do things YOU like to do. Maybe it’s golfing. Or camping. Or painting. You can do these kind of things to the fullest extent, if you allow us to handle the on-going maintenance and upkeep to your lawn. We will worry about your lawn and landscaping. You don’t have to.

Clean Cut’s two main service offerings are annual maintenance programs and full-service design and installation of landscapes and hardscapes for homeowners. You can see many examples of Clean Cut’s work in the video and pictures below. You’ll also hear a few testimonials from satisfied customers in the video. Like these happy customers:

“Clean Cut Lawn & Landscape have a wonderful landscape architect, and we worked on our landscape solution together. They started from ground zero, making up drawings, suggesting different plans, and I approved one, and they followed it, and I was very happy with the outcome. They have a great crew, and they work very fast and efficiently, and are always prompt, respectful and reliable.”— Lani Wilson, Muncie

“We’ve lived here about 20 years, and our driveway was in bad shape. It had pock marks and just looked worn-out. So I talked to Clean Cut Lawn & Landscape, and they just walked us through the process so easily, and actually listened to me. They did exactly what I said, and it turned out to be everything we hoped for it to be and then some. I was amazed at the amount of work done in a short period of time. I can’t believe how fast it was.”—Lana Merritt, Muncie

Spring Tips from Clean Cut Lawn and Landscape

—Apply pre-emergent crabgrass control to your lawn in March or early April to prevent crabgrass in the summer.
—Apply Preen to your beds in March or early April to help prevent weed growth.
—Clean out your mower deck and spray under the deck with “Pam.” This will keep grass from sticking underneath the deck of your mower.
—In early Spring, clean up the lawn, sharpen the mower blades and cut the lawn a little shorter for the first cut of the season.
—Mowing too short stresses out the grass. Raise your mower height to 3 inches and cut it every 4-5 days in the Spring.
—Taller grass promotes better root development. Taller grass also shades the ground which keeps in moisture.
—Many of our clients want a place where they can entertain, relax, and enjoy the company of their friends and family in an awesome outdoor setting. Clean Cut can design an outdoor setting you and your guests will truly love.
