The Community Foundation Announces Town Endowment Grant Awards for 2017

Ball State Sports Link To Host Summer Sports Media Camp

By: Chris Taylor— Muncie, IN—The program for the first annual Ball State Sports Link Sports Media Summer Camp in July has been announced featuring guest instructors from the Big 10, the NFL and opportunities to produce content with Ball State Football coaches and student-athletes. Rising high school students (to-be freshmen through seniors) with an interest in sports and digital sports media are encouraged to apply. Muncie Public Library (MPL) employees traveled to Chicago this past weekend to accept the Library of the Future Award presented by the American Library Association (ALA) and Information Today, Inc. a publisher of magazines and newsletters geared toward libraries and other data and information providers. Ball Brothers Foundation Awards $500,000 to Strengthen Medical Education in Muncie

BBF awarded grants for the effort to four partnering institutions: IU School of Medicine-Muncie, IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital Foundation, Ball State University, and Meridian Health Services.
