MUNCIE, IN – Nonprofit Support Network is excited to announce that tickets are now available for the 2025 Nonprofit Summit, presented by Heart of Indiana United Way, scheduled for Wednesday, October 29, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Horizon Convention Center. This year’s summit will provide essential education, networking opportunities, and professional development for local nonprofits, continuing to strengthen the nonprofit sector in east central Indiana.
The Nonprofit Summit includes a variety of breakout sessions and networking opportunities. Participants may select breakout sessions focused on fundraising, organization management, and professional development. This year’s Summit, in its third year, introduces an exhibitor area to facilitate connections between nonprofits and relevant resources. Additionally, a session following lunch will address cross-sector partnerships in the community, Partnering for Impact.
The Keynote Luncheon will feature Erin Slater. Erin Slater transformed a local nonprofit into a ten-state organization serving 3,500 children, doubling volunteers, staff, and revenue during her six years as CEO of College Mentors for Kids. Her innovative leadership earned national recognition, including being featured on The Martha Stewart Show and receiving the Indianapolis Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award.
Now owner of Intentional Coaching + Consulting, Erin helps nonprofit and for-profit leaders cut through complexity to achieve transformational growth. Her clients report enhanced clarity, stronger leadership presence, and greater fulfillment across all aspects of their lives.

This ticket is $45 and includes the Keynote Luncheon and a special post-lunch session, ‘Partnering for Impact’, designed for attendees from all sectors to be inspired to create a cross-sector partnership that benefits nonprofits, businesses and our community.
Tickets for the full day Nonprofit Summit are $75 per person, with special scholarships for high school and college students interested in careers in the nonprofit sector.
