Arthur D. and Josephine M. Robling Scholarship Recipients Announced

Muncie, IN—The Community Foundation of Muncie and Delaware County, Inc., has announced the following students as recipients of the 2016 Arthur D. and Josephine M. Robling Scholarship. Recipients must be residents of Delaware County, be of good moral character and display good citizenship, and must have maintained at least a 2.5 cumulative grade point average in high school. Yorktown Lion’s Club Scholarship Recipient Named

Muncie, IN—The Community Foundation of Muncie and Delaware County, Inc., has announced Jason Maynard as the recipient of the 2016 Yorktown Lion’s Club Scholarship. This scholarship is awarded to a Yorktown High School graduate who maintains an 8.0/12.0 GPA or equivalent and displays good citizenship. Maynard, son of Mandy and Chris Bratton, plans to attend Purdue University where he will study engineering.      


Bike/Walk Event Celebrates Longfellow Students

The Community Foundation Scholarship Recipients Announced

Muncie, IN—The Community Foundation of Muncie and Delaware County, Inc., has announced the 2016 recipients of the Community Foundation Scholarship. The Community Foundation Scholarship is awarded to students who were selected by their individual schools as Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship nominees. The Community Foundation recognizes the outstanding achievements of these students with a $500 scholarship. Muncie, IN—Discover the compelling stories behind the barn paintings of Indiana artist Gwen Gutwein at Heritage Barns of Indiana, at Minnetrista May 21 through August 14. The Heritage Barns of Indiana Project began in 2004 with a focus on the dwindling heritage of early Indiana barns.
