Volunteers Needed for September 27th Bicentennial Torch Relay

Muncie, IN—Volunteers are needed when the Indiana Bicentennial Torch Relay passes through Delaware County on Tuesday, September 27th.   According to local relay coordinator, Nancy Carlson, one or two volunteers will staff each spot where one Torch Bearer hands the torch to the next. Total, the county needs 24-48 volunteers between the hours of 9:00 and Noon on September 27th.  Anyone can volunteer, although children will be in school at that time. Muncie Mission Blessed By Muncie Elk’s Grant & Youth Volunteers
