U.S. Census: Delaware County Indiana Sees First Population Increase in 10 Years

Delaware County registered its first population increase in the yearly U.S. Census Bureau estimates since 2011. The scholarship is worth $1,500 and is available for the 2022-2023 academic year, effective Aug. 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023.
